Ryan Harris knows Lafayette City Court because he has served in it. As both a private attorney and a public defender, Ryan has represented clients in OWI, civil, traffic, and misdemeanor cases right here in Lafayette. He has worked closely with the court system and its staff, gaining the experience and perspective needed to serve Lafayette with fairness and professionalism.
Ryan has also represented clients in hundreds of criminal cases across Acadiana and has tried cases before juries and judges alike. Having appeared before both current City Court judges, Ryan understands what it takes to serve on the bench with integrity, experience, and respect for the law. He is ready to put that experience to work for the people of Lafayette as your City Court Judge.
